Cockpit Deck Grip

One of the services we offer is cutting and fitting of anti-slip high traction sheets to yacht cockpits and decks to provide maximum friction on potentially very wet areas. This material has the benefit of not only giving more grip than painted deck grip but also allows the grip to be replaced at the end of each season much more easily.

The grit material that we lay is closely cut around the fixtures and fittings of the cockpit to provide a non-slip area, as large as possible. Templates for the deck layout are first made on the boats, then transferred onto the grip material afterwards, ensuring a close and tidy finish.
